Customer service is horrible sat in waiting room for 5 mins had to call to get waited on. Was handed a screwdriver to take my own plate off that was rusted on

They’re about an hour from our house, and someone from the shop personally drove the rings all the way to our city to return them! That kind of integrity and customer service is rare. Helped me out greatly. I needed my truck for the holiday weekend. They worked at getting my truck to me before my original return date and offered to loan me a truck if they couldn’t get it repaired by then. Staff called twice a week with updates and kept me informed. Would recommend them to anyone.
