I received my device six months ago. It was shipped without the handpiece stand, and no one informed me about it. I’ve now been waiting for six months with no meaningful updates—only repeated promises. Please fulfill your part of the agreement and resolve this properly. I find this level of service very disappointing and unprofessional.

My experience with this company has been absolutely terrible. I truly regret ever recommending them to my colleagues. I purchased a device through their 2-year financing program with a very high monthly payment of $2,400 (just for context). On February 19, a technical incident occurred in my studio, which resulted in damage to my handpieces. Their technical support was unavailable — they only called me back the next day.
