Worst aftercare. I've been calling and emailing for almost 2 weeks to PURCHASE a new handpeice with no response at all. I went as far as to Facebook messenger them and am still waiting for a response. If this is how you are treated when trying to buy something I wonder how they are when you have an issue. Buyer beware....

Tara the Sales Manager for Saskatchewan was incredible to work with! She made the process incredibly smooth and reassuring. Sharplight is an incredible company to work with, the educational support and continued care. They are not like other companies that disappear once they’ve got your sale. The Omnimax s4 is a great machine. Highly recommend.

I was initially very happy with my experience with SharpLight, which makes my current disappointment even more frustrating. I invested approximately $220,000 into my OmniMax s4 SharpLight equipment. With financing, that works out to roughly $3,500 per month for five years and have never missed a payment.
