A long time customer, but this week I got hit with a 3% fee for paying for a lawn tractor service with a credit card. It would have been nice if I was informed of the fee at the time of payment, but I see a higher amount on my credit card bill. When contacted, Sharpe's would not credit the fee. While the fee was not a lot of money, it really upsets me that I was not informed. It looks like I will take my business elsewhere in the future.
