it's a reasonabily priced mobile home park for 55 and over
this park is in breach of contract. They threaten to evict you if you're 10 days late yet they don't do what's in the contract. no grass cutting, no trimming of dead branches that hang over my home or car. they turn the water off with no warning and blow the element in my hot water tank. promises being made but never happen. lot rent going up, really for what? slum lords. renters have rights and I plan on using mine very soon. bring it on. I Do NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE. there are no stars here.
Great friends and help when you need it
it seems all my paper work for the purchase of my place is now in availible so I know what uve paid and I can show at my bank with drawerls of 687 plus canceled checks plus canceled money orders so I guess I must go to the police some thing very strange here
i know a few people who live or have lived there and have visited there it is really not very good
