VERY RUDE , I called to get information about the stuff in my car I have never had my car towed before so I don’t know how it works. It was 17 minutes before they closed he answered and was slurring his words and sounded drunk. Crooked company they towed my car when I went to get my stuff out of it my entire $1.600 stereo system was gone and the crooked tow truck driver gonna tell me everything that was in it when he got it is still in it which is a total lie. Don't ever use these criminals. I will be reporting this to the better business bureau
