I’d had Steve clean our gutters in the past and was pleased with his work, but last year he asked for the money up front, and never showed up. I emailed and texted him many times and he would say he was coming, but never showed. Avoid him!
Steve was quick in responding and was quicker in collecting payment. Not trustworthy in my opinion. A few days after the initial job, I noticed a part of the house left uncleaned. I called him several times and texted plenty. He ultimately answered my call after chasing him for days. He promised to come back and get the job done. We used Sharper Window Cleaning for our business and initially Steve did a great job. He did two cleanings for us and then just after christmas he asked for payment in advance for three months. As we had to have cheques cut from head office for every invoice we agreed to pay him up front for three months.Once he had the cheque he disappeared. The work was never done and we have been trying to contact him for months with no response. I have left reviews on the BBB as well. Do not trust this man or this company.

Steve is friendly, responsive, and courteous. He cleaned our gutters and windows and I'll be hiring him again next time they need cleaning. He even came back and gave our windows another spray with water after a wind storm since they looked dirty again so soon after he had washed them.
