Poor communication from salesperson Anthony, he never returned my emails or calls. The girls in the office Beth and Sally were professional and would try to help, but there is just so much office personnel can do. I'm not satisfied at all with my pool because my waterfall does not work and it's so very small. It looks like it should be in a kiddie pool. Not to mention the pavers that are not even. I've complained so many times that it isn't worth my breath. Would never recommend them at all.
