Worst experience I have ever had dealing with a sub-contractor. Very unprofessional, and shady. Nickle and dimed me to death. Did not meet any deadlines at all, nor live up to any promises. I was really shocked at how they run their business. I sure wish I had done my homework before getting involved with them.

Beautifull new pool by Sharper Image – My pool design was very sophisticated and unique. The owner had a similar design at his own house and he did a close version for me. I enjoyed visting real customers that they have built pools for and looking at actual pools. I am retired so what else do I have to do. I felt extremely confident with Sharper Image after spending almost a day driving around from pool to pool. Great service – I was impressed with the experienced mechanics and cleaners this company sent to my house. The price was very reasonable based on the other bids I received. I will recomend this company to anyone who wants to get what they're paying for.

good service – Good Service, good company. They seem to do everything they say they are going to do and a little bit more. Prices are average and competative, but they are definately worth a little more than other pool company's. You get what you pay for.

Good company , great service, reliable, honest – Reliable Service. Honest. I hired this company to do regular pool service and they have been doing a very good job. Solved my plaster staining problem for free. I feel that this company is honest a will only fix something if its actualy broken. I wish I could say this for my car mechanic.

Best Customer Service & Quality around – Thank You Sharper Image Pools. I normally don't write reviews but I felt compelled to let other people know about the good service this group of guys offer. I had Sharper Image doing my cleaning service for almost eleven years now and I recently had them remodel my pool. I referred a friend to them and they were plesantly suprised by the speed and craftmanship of the work. We both agreed to write and give cudos !!!!! Good People , HARD TO FIND AN HONEST CONTRACTOR

pool services with a great value and service – Sharper Image Pools has done a fabulous job for me for almost a decade . The staff is friendly and very experienced. The pool service is consistanly good and I recently hired them to do a remodel on the pool. The remodel went so well I referred them to my sister for a paver deck and heater, she was very satisfied with the work. Sharper Image is expensive and unreliable – We were good customers of Sharper Image for a number of years. They were expensive and often quite reliable (showing up two or three days after the scheduled weekly visit), but they were okay. And it was easier not to switch service.
