I just want to say a big thank you to Chuck for coming out and fixing my mower. I was helping a neighbor out with mowing some leaves and not being familiar with his yard I hit a tree root so hard it almost threw me from the mower. It knot the deck out of alinement and the blade was imbedded in the deck . I thought the mower was toast. I called Chuck he came out that same day .
