This construction company starts there extremely loud work at 7am the second that the city noise rule is lifted and this is happening in residential neighborhoods particularly next to my wall and i work night shift. This kind of work should not be started in residential neighborhoods until at least 8am more like 9 am especially if they are working that close to someones house and that person works nights.
