I submitted a warranty claim through Jandy. Sharpe pools being a warranty claim center for Jandy, came out to troubleshoot and make the needed repairs. The technician was very knowledgeable and brought parts with him to complete the job in one visit. I will definitely use them again if needed.
I heard horror stories about putting in a pool from so many different people. Could not have had a better experience with Brad and his team. Major construction is not straightforward in any circumstance, and these guys were professional and communicated the whole way through from design through punch list. Our finished product is exceptional. Thank you guys!
My newly renovated pool is fantastic! Brad Sharpe Sr. built our pool in 1997 so when it was time for a renovation I reached out to Brad Sharp the younger! Brent Nipper, the project manager was so easy to work with! I've now spent so much time with Brent that I consider him a friend! All the subs were equally easy to work with. Brad and his team recently completed a patio, infinity pool, and fire pit for our new home near Borne in Cordillera Ranch. Due to the slope of our lot, the pool is an engineering marvel. It is also beautiful! The plan came together seamlessly, just like we had envisioned it. My wife and I were kept apprised of each phase of construction and all deadlines were met.
