Made a consultation appointment and no one called or replied to my email. It’s horrible to be helpless when LnI makes false statements about you and you can’t get it rectified. Now the reply is also ignoring important details. I had a scheduled appointment and they did not honor that appointment. The reply left by the firm is very dismissive.
