It was free for all the minority in the kids of the community. Now there’s an annual free way to shut out the minority. They know parents with four or five kids cannot afford that type of fee in this type of economy it is becoming another money making operation for the city of Newark when this center was first propose and built it was a free recreation center for the youth and the community Wow have things!!!!
