Great customer service, good communication, quality work. Super nice folks, honest. The last 2 times they worked on my car they washed it before pick up, the little things like this mean alot, its a real nice gesture that shows they go the extra mile to show appreciation to there customers. I will use Sharpe Automotive for future needs.
We have chosen Sharpe on several occasions on my daughter’s very old vehicle. They have always taken very good care of us. We have found them to be very honest when they provide estimates and they are very clear with items that are necessary immediately versus things that can wait; this is very helpful in managing increasingly slim discretionary funds. They have also been very good in getting the work done and the car back to us in the designated time frame. I have referred several friends already and will continue to do so.
