Paul came by a few weeks ago to try to tune up my 30+ year old central air system. After looking at it, he recommended against servicing it due to its condition and minimal performance improvements that would come from a tune-up. Today, he installed my new RHEEM central AC unit. Yesterday was a very hot day and of course my central air conditioner decided to go on strike. So about 8 in the morning I called Sharpco and the owner Paul answered and I explained the situation to him. Surprisingly he told me he was out of town but said he'd call me when he got back. About 11 he came and looked at the unit and figured out what was wrong. Long story short he worked about an hour to repair it but since it needed no parts he just charged me for a house call. This was probably the best experience we’ve had employing a contractor. It was just a pleasure dealing with Paul throughout the entire installation process of our new heating and cooling system!
