I called to see if they were taking new patients. I left a message first time. No one ever called back. I later called again to hopefully speak to someone and I was automatically put on hold for few minutes. Called one more time to complain recording saying Ty for your call and hung up. I thought how unprofessional. I never got to speak to anyone. Very disorganized and inexperienced. I was assigned here as a new patient after changing insurance. I needed a referral and specifically asked if I could be referred to the specialist I’ve been seeing for years even though she’s not within Sharp. The PCP said yes and issued the referral. When I called the specialist I was told they couldn’t accept it because they’re not within Sharp.
