I hope I never have to rely on this hospital again for my care. Staff themselves are nice, but the hospital is greedy and completely unorganized. The phone systems are confusing if you need to contact the front desk, billing, or literally anyone else. I'm only coming back to write this review because I was billed TWO YEARS after services that should have been billed... well, TWO years ago! I’m a patient of Dr Kim Dang. I’ve never met her but have had 2 visits with her PA Rachel Kendall. I have borderline BP and suffering from sciatica pain. She spent more time practicing SYA medicine worrying about my blood pressure and no focus on the pain. I had to goto urgent care twice and ER once to help manage intermittent excruciating pain costing me over $1200 out of pocket. I even changed appointments to meet another and had to do it on a day of work. I left work 90 minutes early at 3p and my appt was at 340p. Due to ... read more

very long appointment wait times (3+ months), limited network of care, referrals will be for clinics that are an hour away, paid parking... avoid

I was a patient of Dr. Murakami, who was excellent - very caring and responsive. He moved to the east coast for a new opportunity, but he said that I would receive continuity of care and be automatically assigned to one of the other doctors in this office. He said this to me verbally and I have it in writing. I called today to make my annual check-up appointment.
