very long appointment wait times (3+ months), limited network of care, referrals will be for clinics that are an hour away, paid parking... avoid
I was a patient of Dr. Murakami, who was excellent - very caring and responsive. He moved to the east coast for a new opportunity, but he said that I would receive continuity of care and be automatically assigned to one of the other doctors in this office. He said this to me verbally and I have it in writing. I called today to make my annual check-up appointment. This is quite literally the WORST doctors office I’ve ever been to. The doctors are kind. But no one will ever answer the phone. Or ever call you back. And they DON’T SUMBIT REFERRALS. I have been begging for years to get referrals filled. I have to be essentially incessant and keep checking up all of the time. And it’s not a vain request. It’s For my dermatologist. To prevent skin cancer. And no one seems to care. Honestly the office should be shut down and investigated. That or the ENTIRE FRONT OF OFFICE should be replaced... read more

Dr. Andrew Brown is the only competent person working in this facility. This is the kind of doctor that will analyze your symptoms, decide on a course of action and nail getting you recovered the first time, every time. The rest of the people here however, not so much.
