I have been coming here for 17years. Everyone is great and welcoming.. I have crazy anxiety and they are understanding. I have no complaints. Thanks for taking care of me and being ao great to me.
I came to Dr. Ahmad's office after a change of insurance and was pleasantly surprised when meeting him and his staff for my appointment today. The nurse/MA was very thorough and immediately scheduled me for flu shot and for some preventive care exams. While I waited for the doctor to come into the room I was offered a snack (protein bar) and water. Dr. Ahmad is very efficient and a good listener. I felt heard and cared about. They don't care about any thing other then money they allow sick staff come to work and they don't use medical protection to exam the patients , super visor is so rude , alway the put patient in waiting for long time and and the don't care about people life . I don't recommend this clinic to anybody just wasting the time and money
After my husband was dropped from Scripps due to his insurance coverage, he switched to SharpCare Eastlake and has received excellent, compassionate care from Dr. Ahmad and the office staff there. After Scripps dropped me the following year due to MY insurance, I'm also transferring there.
8/23/24 I came here 6 weeks post-partum for an initial visit to get a primary doctor set for future use. I had trouble filling out the new patient intake forms online and decided to go in 20 minutes early to fill it out in person- since it’s hard to do anything at home with a breast feeding baby. I arrived 20 minutes early to a very dismissive, unhappy and cold receptionist.
