Very happy with my SMP experience! Jack explained the process clearly and was professional throughout. His years of experience really showed when planning the most natural-looking hairline for me. The work is flawless — I couldn’t be happier. I was nervous at first, especially since my natural hair is quite thick, but you honestly can’t tell the difference between the SMP and my real hair.
