Nancy was an okay therapist. However she posts false information on what insurance she is willing to take and is unwilling to fill out simple paperwork to ensure her patient is able to receive compensation from their HRA. The appointments are meant to be an hour but I've had appointments last about 30 minutes and I'm still charged for a full session. The final straw was when we had to cancel an appointment last minute due to technical difficulties and I was still charged for a full appointment instead of a cancellation fee. ... read more
