I was packing up to leave my first camping trip with the fifth wheel and two of the three slides would not close. I called Ed and he immediately gave me the technical support number for the slide manufacturer so I could get a head start. He was able to respond to my location the very next morning and helped me get the slides closed and on my way home. The very quick response to both my phone calls and my location was very much appreciated. Other mechanics were at least several days away.
Ed has been out twice to help us for different issues with our RV. He cleaned the AC units to keep us going through summer and repairs our awning. Great quality work and friendly. So glad we have him!
