I had a tree vs rooftop AC unit ordeal, that the tree inevitably won. Ed showed up the same day (within an hour) to diagnose and help me remove the damaged unit as well as temporarily patch the roof until the replacement unit arrived. He phoned the distributor with me there, ordered the part and was extremely transparent on ETA's and pricing.
