Terrible construction and after sale service. Had leakage in basement coming from foundation and also from windows in the living room within a year and it was not fixed properly and so it came back but then they wont cover it as its only covered for 1 year. Lots of squeaks on the flooring.. Even after the carpet was removed 3-4 times and lots of screws were put it, still have lots of squeaks that was never fixed.
