Poor communications – I'd have to give this one star due to poor communications which can impact treatment in a major way. A rehaul is needed. Patients are treated in a vacuum that does not consider where they came from nor where they are going. Caretakers are not in the picture, nor is past medical or psychological history. Very disappointed and scared for my family member who is being subjected to this.

Uforgettable experience and not in a good way – Let's just say I can not believe the experience I had at this office first and formost I really can't believe how many people would be scheduled for the same appointment making you waite for over an hour if not more. Second I am pregnant and was having really bad allergies and this Doctor prescribed seudaphed for me mind you he is a OBGYN so he should know the side affects of that it causes increased heart beat which for a baby is really bad also causes deteriation of the bones... read more
Pleasantly surprised – I've been to many Emergency rooms and a handful of urgent care clinics. This was by far most efficient urgent care clinic I have ever been to. The wait time was 1 hour, which was not bad for a crowded weekend day. Once back in the exam area, I was attended to promptly by nursing staff who took my vitals. Not long after, I was seen by a doctor. Everything was thorough, as was the explanation of my diagnoses and treatment. This is the absolute worst ONGYN in all of San Diego County - go somewhere else!!! – These people had the scariest looking building, the doctors were rude, the nurses were rude, the staff was rude. They are also very expensive and find inventive fees to tack on to your visit. This place is a complete waste of time and money - they took forever to get me my records - and I had to call them 4 times to request the forms . . . GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!!
Terrific patient care and communication – I sought a new doctor who accepted my new medical insurance, and found Dr. Robert Foster in the Grossmont Hospital area of LaMesa, right across the street from Grossmont Shopping Center. Waste of time – Like the review before me, the wait is long. When i went to my first visit, i had an appointment of course and waited about 2 hours. I called a few times to make an appointment not too long ago. It was only 4 o'clock and they had their answering machine on saying to call during buisness hours. They close at 5.
