Zero stars if I could. I went to the urgent care center with a cut on my eye lid. The doc spent less than 5 min to tell me to go to the ER, doing nothing for me and charged $102 for that "advice." My PC doc told me the same thing for free over the phone. I thought I could save some money over going to the ER, but instead it just cost $102 more. :( I never imagined they would charge me $1200 / hour for doing nothing.
Caring Family Doctor – 30 Years of experience. Pleasant and conversational. Asks you questions and is interested in you as a patient.
Not Recommended – I had been seeing Dr. Hua for 3 yrs for ulcertive colitis & I'm in remission & feel the doctors medical decisions were correct & accuarate. My low rating for Dr. Hua is due to what I feel is a concerning bedside manner. When first diagnosed, she told me I was the sickest girl she had ever seen & I should find a surgeon to have my colon removed. Great young caring physician – I was referred to Dr. Lai after my regular internist retired, and though I had to travel a bit longer for an office visit, found it to be worth the time. He was knowledgable of my very rare Liver disease, as well as the additional problems that came with this disorder. He also knew the course for treatment, which I found to be exceptional. Awesome – I recently had the pleasure of visiting my mom at the Sharp Grossmont Hospital in La Mesa. She went in with trouble breathing and had a Tracheotomy procedure that saved her life, they also found an infection in her kidney and took care of it. Tramautizing experience – All the other reviews have already highlighted the negative points of this office, I just felt the need to share my experience as it went one step further than just poor service. I had a miscarriage, the ER faxed all of my paperwork over to the doctors office. My appointment was supposed to be for my first ultrasound and the female doctor walked in the room and shouted, "Congratulations!" Dr Sefa is an excellent ob/gyn – the doctors and the p.a. are very good. however, whoever is managing this office is doing a horrible job of it and is ultimately giving this doctor a bad name. we go by that old adagio, a company can only be as good as its weakest staff member, and this company has too many weakness and and very little strengths to commend it. Dr. Sefa, please hire a professional to get the job done! Staff desperately needs proper training on how to manage office flow!

Like em???? Well you can have em....! – All I can say is the only thing that is missing from their brand of healthcare, is the gun they will stick in your bay to pay your bill! This organization is so stupid that they don't even know which ambulance service to call to transport which patient that is on anything other than the SHARP REES STEELY..... Ladies and Gentlemen....
