Typically, I hate bloodwork-my veins are very thin and run away making it difficult for phlebotomists to locate them with a needle. I have had blatantly traumatic experiences with blood work in the past. Today, I got lucky-the first phlebotomist couldn’t locate my vein, right away she asked another to step in who was able to successfully get my blood drawn on her first try. Never had a problem.
Nothing but the slowest, rude, and passive-aggressive staff are employed at this site. Why I gave this place another chance is beyond me. I see that I am not alone. I am wondering if this unprofessional behavior has anything to do with skin color/physical features; my skin color is not white.
I have always been treated respectfully and quickly. Blood tests that are a nightmare are fine here.
