I ordered some prescriptions almost 3 weeks ago and the app says the refills are still in process. It does not take 3 weeks to process refills. This is absurd. How are you going to make patients wait this long for medications they need???
Currently Sharp changed their system to epic. Nothing epic about it because after more than a week my refill isn't ready. Sharp pharmacy couldn't get authorization from my Sharp insurance because of their new system. At least 10 business days backlog! Smh. And they couldn't do it manually.
Need to wait 2 _ 3 months to see a doctor.
The worst experience I witnessed at the SRS pharmacy I believe between the pharmacy manager (male) yelling and belittling an employee (female) this should not be happening! You must do better Sharp Rees-Stealy this is not acceptable! Very sad situation.
