UPDATE: med refill is much better. Finally epic system change is smooth sailing. Currently Sharp changed their system to epic. Nothing epic about it because after more than a week my refill isn't ready. Sharp pharmacy couldn't get authorization from my Sharp insurance because of their new system. At least 10 business days backlog! Smh. And they couldn't do it manually.
I love this nice clean facility
The staff are very focused on their job. They worked with a purpose , to help and provide comfort and a quality care to the patients. I have been requesting schedule time change or referrals , they’re all taken cared off and resolved .
The workers are very lovely and they explain everything that you need.
