This review is regarding N.P. Traci Hite at the OB/GYN office at SRS LM. I'm writing this review years after the fact but the visit has just stuck with me that I have to put it out there. I booked two appointments within days of each other, one for a WWE and the other for an IUD (both extraction and reinsertion on the same visit). Do not EVER go here for an OBGYN well-woman exam. When I arrived for my annual preventative well-woman visit, the nurse practitioner explained that if I asked ANY questions about my reproductive health or disclosed ANY symptoms I’m experiencing, the visit would no longer be considered a preventative exam and I would be billed separately for individual topic I brought up. atrocious excuse of a healthcare establishment. rude and dismissive staff at the desk, equally rude and rushed nurses. quite literally please go to ANY other location.
Not friendly at all. Too many times I've either called or came here to be welcomed with a receptionist who has an attitude and disrespectful to me. I've worked with the general public and I know how tough things can get, but when a worker talks to me with an attitude without reason, it is UNACCEPTABLE. This is why I will never have Sharp as a health care provider and will continue to tell others not to use Sharp. Your receptionists need retraining on customer service!
