I was at Scripps through Anthem Blue Cross before but unfortunately Scripps stopped accepting our insurance so I was moved to Sharp beginning of this year. So far, my experience has not been great. Booking specialists takes over a month, even if it is not a specialist depending on the doctor you want to be seen, it can also take over a month. I had sent a message through FMH asking if a pap was included in the WWE visit since it'd been a couple years and didn't remember. I received a call back from the LM OB/GYN and one of the PSRs offe... read more

Do not EVER go here for an OBGYN well-woman exam. When I arrived for my annual preventative well-woman visit, the nurse practitioner explained that if I asked ANY questions about my reproductive health or disclosed ANY symptoms I’m experiencing, the visit would no longer be considered a preventative exam and I would be billed separately for individual topic I brought up. For example, when the NP asked me if I had irregular cycles, she warned me that if I said yes, this would be billed as a “separate visit to discuss menstrua... read more
