Had to do an X-ray and labs this morning. Frank in X-ray was wonderful. Dawn in labs was rough around the edges. She kind of jump down my throat for asking her to use a butterfly. Her customer service needs some fine tuning.
Parking can be tough and the place is like a maze, but once you get to where your appointment is, the doctors and staff are outstanding.
