Made an appointment which are supposed to be taken in before walk ins and they are a half hour behind for appointments. Makes no sense to make an appointment then when only get in 30 mon before a walk in
Poor customer service. The front desk representatives were lazy. I waited in line for nearly 20 minutes and they had the audacity to tell me that my voucher expired. One representative in particular that's a heavy set was just lazy and rude...
