I want to give more stars, because I’ve gotten very good care at this location. However. I took my 12 year old a few days ago with concussion symptoms. He was taken back sooner, and given very good attention. All the staff was very nice and caring. The doctor was also very nice, and attentive. She checked his pulse and had the nurses do an EKG. Apparently his pulse was very high. She told me that I should take him to the ER. (Rady Children’s ED) to be exact. She had the staff at Sharp send Rady’s the EKG results. I drive him... read more
I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had such a great experience today that I had to share. I went in for services in Occupational Health, and the woman at the front desk, Flor, was truly an angel! She went above and beyond to help me, showing incredible patience and understanding as I sorted through some confusion about the documents I needed. The Pharmacy at this location is challenging to work with. Every single prescription refill is filled with excuses as to why they are never filled unless you repeatedly call them. Staff tend to be unpleasant and unwilling to assist in any capacity. Ask for a supervisor, and the only thing you can anticipate is excuses as to why it takes 2 weeks to refill a prescription with plenty of time and refills left. Went for a drug screening, 20 minutes earlier and was told by employee, he could not do it because he is the only one left and could not scan the barcode on my paper because the time has passed by 2 minutes?! What is that even mean? Terrible! I would not even scheduled here at all ever. I took my time to get here but then refused service. I do not recommend this place.
The receptionists are always talking about parties, shopping and gossip. When you ask something they don't know. I was waiting in line when I was the only person and the 6 receptionists were just talking about personal things. They don't care about the patients.
