I have the best delivery driver in my opinion. These guys are very nice and the price beats the competition.

I started using Ferrell gas in fall of 2023. The first time I had my tank filled by them, the tech broke the seal causing a gas leak. When I called to report the leak, the office had no idea who had come out and were unable to contact him to come repair the leak. It took over 5 hours to come out and make a temporary patch to the leak. I was told to call back when my tank was at 5 to have a permanent repair made. This company is another disconnected corporation. They gouged us with high gas costs over a dollar more that the current price and I called to ask about it. They offered to cut the price by 10% but never rebilled and just gave lip service. When I called and asked the operator who was a billing specialist she said call your local office when I asked aren't you a billing specialist she said I told you what to do and hung up on me. Wow! BTW I wasn't angry until after I was hung up on.
Truly the WORST company I have ever dealt with. They don’t care about customer service as can be seen by the other reviews. Don’t make our mistake, they are now trying to charge me for all kinds of fees that are NOT legitimate.
