We are on the Ferrellgas automatic refill program but we were expecting company and also leaving on a two week vacation and wanted to make sure that we did not run out of propane. I called Ferrellgas and explained our situation and was told that they would have a truck go to our address when they were in the area. Two days after I called the Ferrellgas truck showed up and filled our tank even though we had about 40% remaining in our tank. My first experience with Ferrell was when I needed my tank leveled. Another company I was with at the time made it very complicated, expensive and expected me to order dirt and have it delivered to my driveway. I called Ferrell and they took care of it in 1 day and I wasn't even home when they did. I'm now a happy Ferrell customer.

I don't like this company at all. We have had major problems with them. They purchased our smaller local propane company who took great care of us. Now we have run out of propane twice and our "Budget Bill" that is supposed to stay the same for 11 months changes all the time. Terrible! I should change companies but am sure that will be a hassle with Ferrell too!

Ferrelgas crew was magnificent. Special thanks to Schubert Almaguer who helped me to replace the tank and have the tank filled on time before the cold spell. The tech who helped Schubert and the delivery driver were also excellent. Thank you. Happy Holidays!
