The cost is good. Service is outstanding.
We have been using Ferrell Gas for 2 years now and have had only positive experiences. We have the same guy come out to refill our 250 gallon tank, he uses gate code, drives slow to avoid our free range hens, he is fast and friendly and if I am not home just leaves the receipt at our door. I recommend you order when your tank is at 30-35%
Friendly, prompt, and dependable!
We got within days of running out of gas and could not get through to anyone at Ferrell Gas. We were on an auto renewal basis and an unexpected cold-front moved-in jeopardizing available quantities of gas. Was eventaully told that we could not rely on auto renewal to get our delivery before our gas ran out. Placed a request for more gas and were given no confirmation that the gas would be delivered in time. Fortunately, the day before our tank ran out we received a delivery.
