Clare has been looking after me for the last few months with my lower issues and I can’t praise her enough!! I started seeing Sam T when I was still in pain seven months after breaking ribs and suffering a collapsed lung. Although the ribs had healed, my muscles were still in spasm and I wasn’t fully recovered. Since working with him, I’ve been able to get back to the gym and return to normal activities. I would like to thank Sharp Physio at Bawtry and particularly Hannah for helping me overcome severe sharp pain in my left shoulder and neck area. The skill and knowledge Hannah was able to administer was amazing and thoroughly professional. Hannah is a great Physio who explained every step in an easy to understand way and the treatment being undertaken. My pain has gone and I am extremely grateful. Fantastic !
I think we can all agree that injuries are not fun, and recovery becomes top priority in life when they happen. Finding the right physio, developing trust and starting that recovery journey is key to getting back to a place, for me at least, where I can get back on the ballroom floor.
