Worst service department I've ever seen. They don't know what they are doing and have no clue what's what at all. Had a clock spring installed on my 2015 ram today and when I picked it the steering was not straight and they refused to say it was their fault. Me, being a former dealer myself, decided to take a pic and video before and after the install.
