I I've gone here many times before and been satisfied. However today I went and my phlebotomist was named susan, her attire was atrocious. She look like she had not showered in days. Her hair was stuck to her head and greasy. Several of us in the waiting room watched her cough several times into her hands. Then she called me in to draw my blood and put on gloves but did not wash her hands. She then put the tourniquet around my arm and began to draw my blood without even wiping it with alcohol first. We've been going here for the last 10 years . Even before they moved from Maine street. Employees are very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking. Clean bathroom . Very inviting.
This site is fully opened and never closed. Monday-Friday 0700-1400
