Alma is awesome! She goes out of her way to help the pts., I went in there to get some bloodwork, there was an issue with my order, instead of telling me to go back to my provider and get it fixed, she called them, and insisted, since their office was closed, once they opened she talked to them and got the info she needed and I was able to get my blood drawn. The phlebotomist that assisted me was great also. You guys really are true to the sharp experience.
I've been getting my blood drawn for about 12 years now for my 6 mo. routine lab test. I chose the Sharp Lab on 4th. Ave because of convenience and Im glad I did. Miguel and Alma are both very good at what they do. 1 stick is all it takes and Im on my way. Being a senior citizen, my veins are rollers and usually hard to find. Not with them. Great Job guys. See you in 6 months for my routine blood test again. Thanks , Paul B.
Walked in without an appointment at 7:30am, was out of there by 7:40am. Super friendly staff!

It's my second time to Sharp Labs and I'm very impressed. It's such a relief getting services here after so many terrible experiences at Quest Diagnostics. The ease of scheduling, plenty of parking, friendly and efficient staff, and zero wait time on arrival cannot be beat. The true highlight was the lead phlebotomist Lei Ann. Sharp, please recognize her and treat her well, she's a gem and a wonderful asset to the healthcare team.
