Alma was truly a gem! Being someone who hates getting blood work done because how hard it is to find my veins. Alma found them no problem first try I was in and out in record time. I will be coming back just to see her!
This was the only day I could get my blood drawn and I was a walk in. Alma helped me out with paperwork and was so friendly and professional. I generally hate getting my blood drawn but she was quick and pain free. Plus her friendliness made me relax so much it felt like it was over so quickly. Cannot say enough good things about Alma.
Alma is awesome! She goes out of her way to help the pts., I went in there to get some bloodwork, there was an issue with my order, instead of telling me to go back to my provider and get it fixed, she called them, and insisted, since their office was closed, once they opened she talked to them and got the info she needed and I was able to get my blood drawn. The phlebotomist that assisted me was great also. You guys really are true to the sharp experience.
I've been getting my blood drawn for about 12 years now for my 6 mo. routine lab test. I chose the Sharp Lab on 4th. Ave because of convenience and Im glad I did. Miguel and Alma are both very good at what they do. 1 stick is all it takes and Im on my way. Being a senior citizen, my veins are rollers and usually hard to find. Not with them. Great Job guys. See you in 6 months for my routine blood test again. Thanks , Paul B.
Walked in without an appointment at 7:30am, was out of there by 7:40am. Super friendly staff!
