100% will come back! This shop has great selection and staff is incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! They were very accommodating to me handling and testing the knives which is refreshing when so many other shops are just trying to rush you out the door! I took my time and found the blade that will be a welcome addition to the collection. Thank you for the recommendation, knowledge on your products and service. Took a knife sharpening class with I believe the gentleman's name was Matthew; he provided an incredibly detailed and well run class - as well as great customer service afterwards when I was purchasing a knife!
