Recently purchased a home, and vehicle. Previous insurance provider increased rates over 50%. Reached out to Sharp Insurance and I was given assistance from Justin Madriaga. He was very professional, and very knowledgeable with different markets and policies to help me get a deal that covered my home and vehicles. This experience with Justin made the process seamless with no stress attached. Exceptional customer service!
Most ridiculous and uncouth insurance company - after having not made a single claim in 9 years, the agent is interrogating us as if we asking for an insurance claim while the call was made to get a quote for getting a better deal with the insurance premium. Deplorable and disgusting people.
Jamie Divilly is hands down the greatest customer service rep i have had the pleasure of speaking with. I hope you get the chance to have him help you. He did everything he could to make sure i got the best rate possible. This man deserves a raise!

After sticking with Sharp Insurance for a solid 6 years, thinking loyalty might mean something in this clown show of an industry, I've finally had enough of their garbage-tier service to drag them publicly.
