What an absolute joke of an experience. I had been trying to reach Sharp Insurance to get an auto insurance quote, and when I was finally able to speak with a representative, the first thing I was asked was whether I had 10 consecutive years of continuous insurance history. I explained that I only have a few years of insurance history, and I was then told that they would not be able to provide me with a quote because they only work with insurance companies that require a long insurance history. When we started with Sharp, service was top notch. The phones were answered promptly. Not now. Now you can sit on their hold line with the same 10 second clip on loop for literally hours and not be helped. It is brutal. I assume they are not hiring customer service reps and instead thinking that AI will solve all of their problems. Would definitely not recommend this agency any longer and until such time that they hire staff to support existing customers.
Received excellent service from Jamie off the service team. He was quick, knowledgeable and even saved me a ton of money on my renewal. Thank you!
