I had an amazing experience with Debbie at Sharp Image! She did a beautiful cut and colour with babylights and balayage, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. She really listened to what I wanted, and the final look exceeded my expectations. On top of her talent, Debbie was so warm and easy to chat with throughout the appointment. Highly recommend! Very professional and amazing customer service! I will be going back! I unfortunately had a bad experiance with another salon and when I asked that salon to rectify the situation (aka fix my hair as it wasnt what i asked for) I was met with excuses and suggestions to just "see after a few washes and come back in 3 weeks to lighten".
