Today Shannon and her staff made an old woman look and feel beautiful. They make you feel like family. I got my second go at extensions and absolutely love them. Truthfully you can't tell when my hair ends and the extensions begin the colour match is so perfect. Thank you Shannon and your ladies . 🥰🥰🥰🥰
I am mind blown at how amazing this salon is and how professional and kind everyone was. I came in today after being botched by another salon in town who did refund me and paid me to not write a bad review about my horrible experience there because i lost over 17 inches of my natural gorgeous hair I left with Bleach damage and broken pieces and bright orange fried choppy hair. Extremely disappointing. I completed my product card expecting a free item, only to be told it’s actually just 25% off the final product. I’ve spent hundreds of dollars here on hair products, and at no point, despite multiple visits and conversations with staff—was this ever explained. That is false advertising and unfair. If the reward is only 25% off, the card should say that clearly. Instead, it misleads customers into thinking they’re working toward a free product. This needs to be fixed.
