I thought Joe Hester was terrific. He came here and fixed my problem very quickly. A simple part and my heat pump was back in business. I tried getting him again for help with my gas furnace and called several times. He never returned any of my calls so I went with someone else. A few months later, I called and spoke to his wife about getting an estimate for a new furnace. She told me he would be here the following Monday at 11 AM. I used this company for a complete installation of heat and air. I also bought the units from them. Not only were they reasonably priced they prompt and efficient! Joe Hesler and his family are very friendly and made me feel very comfortable while they were in my home. They started on a Wednesday and had everything completed on Friday ! Cleaned up after themself and removed all trash. Just can’t say enough about their service. Thanks Joe and family you guys are AWESOME!! Mary W.
