Oh My Gosh.. Chandra the receptionist was extraordinarily amazing & helpful throughout our visit. She worked with us to find the best avenue for us to pay for my Husbands hearing aids. Dr. Mark McOmie was incredible and so knowledgeable.. he took extra time in answering all our questions and walking us through the process of getting hearing aids. Was so grateful that we chose Sharps Hearing!

I was uneasy about getting hearing aids despite knowing that my hearing loss was impacting my work. I have always disliked having anything inside my ears like ear plugs or ear buds and I was afraid I would hate the feel of hearing aids. Dr. McOmie listened to my concerns and patiently worked with me to find the most comfortable fit and ideal settings for my lifestyle while also being mindful of my budget.
