The front desk is not at all friendly and I've been there many times. However, the people who do the imaging are fantastic. They don't make you wait forever (a full bladder appreciates this), they are helpful, friendly, and honor your privacy. The front desk ruins a perfect score, but since I spend more time with the imagers, I'll go with that
I've called 6 or 7 times now over the past 3 weeks to schedule an outpatient MRI. Each time they tell me there is something wrong with the order or authorization code. 3 times people tell me they will call me back the same day or next day. They do not. Today I called and waited 15 minutes and someone finally answered and immediately hangs up. I call back again and wait again another 15 minutes. Got an MRI done here and the tech and front desk were very kind and welcoming. The tech paid attention to detail and congratulated me on my pregnancy. I felt I was in good hands!
