Bad experience at the emergency room. The staff here in this facility is very careless and didn’t showing any empathy or compassion with me. I was experiencing a pelvic pain and while asking a nurse about my health case she was rushing me and i told her with respect that i had some symptoms of severe pain in my lower body and she told me no you’re good and walking with her friend shewing a gum and laughing. Horrible staff, I am in pain! Still in pain after leaving and getting zero answers. My neck has been throbbing so bad that it’s sending pain into my face and head, and occasionally making my teeth and right side of my face numb. They told me after some tests they didn’t know what was happening and discharged me with Tylenol! And gave me discharge papers in Spanish? I don’t even speak Spanish! The hospital is clean and well maintained. It's a really busy ER but they are well organized and as quick as possible. The staff is well trained,professional and skilled. It's the only regional hospital.
