I took my daughter to the ER over a year ago for neurological symptoms. They did not treat or diagnose anything - stated they did not have a specialist who could treat anything if it was something like that and recommended we follow up with her primary care on Monday, which we did. A full year + after this appointment I am still getting bills for the visit - even though I've paid TWO separate bills for the same day/treatment. My daughter and I came to ER the staff are very rude. The room is so stinky and the bathroom so dirty. When we asked the hospital staff about the status of my daughter the staff said it’s not that urgent cause she’s not bleeding. When in fact she’s bleeding she had a cut on her ears. When been waiting for more than 2 hours and never been helped. They called it ER wow! They should could it waiting list room. As if we’re in the 3rd world country our Health care need a reform new system, new management .
I took my dad in on a Sunday afternoon because he was experiencing psychotic behavior due to being off his medication. Fortunately, he was called in right away. However, the nurse who received us rolled her eyes when she saw my dad’s condition and then appeared to do the same toward a coworker, giving the impression that she was uninterested in handling the situation.
