I came to this emergency room with a severe second-degree burn that caused me intense pain. Despite how serious my injury was, I felt that no one truly cared about how much I was suffering. I waited for a long time without anyone showing empathy or concern for the level of pain I was experiencing. The staff treated me with very little compassion and made me feel like I was just another patient to get through rather than someone who genuinely needed urgent care. From the moment I got there the staff were kind and efficient.My pain had stopped but they still tended to me and didn't make me feel like I was wasting their time even though I felt like I was!I didn't even wait that long despite a bunch of people being there! My thanks to them all.
