This was really bad the person at the empty sharp express care desk sent us away we have unoted health care and even are sharps patients said if we are Sharps reese stealy patient they cant help us but we have united health care and only says some patients so why couldnt my 10 year old grand baby get care in an empty office this makes no sense.
I just got new insurance (sharp COMMUNITY) and after being misled by Concentra multiple times for 3 days total, I'm so happy someone finally answered the phone and said to come right in. Only spent about 30 mins from start to finish. Staff was so great and friendly. Lobby was EMPTY at my time of arrival (i believe I got there around 6?) Lobby and exam rooms were clean and did not have a smell. I am very happy and will be going here for all my Urgent Care needs.
I love express care, especially considering my immune system had been pretty weak lately they are so quick at diagnosing me and getting me out the door fast.
I have been to the urgent care clinic before it moved to the express clinic and I was always greeted nicely and informatively just today I went to the express clinic and the lady was very rude. She would not accept me although I’ve been there three times now she’s telling me that she doesn’t understand why I was accepted there three times my insurance won’t cover it when I have Sharp and she was very rude not helpful and it’s unacceptable for people to treat people that way she needs to learn how to address people ever since... read more
Walked into the urgent care to get a prescription for my blood pressure, because I had just run out and was in-between ins. Since I'm paying cash, I asked the front desk how much would it be...she said right now you pay the deposit of about $100...
