You’ll notice that most of the negative reviews are about the service department and here is another one. The staff has absolutely no customer service skills. I had planned to wait with my vehicle so that a needed software update could be completed (front cameras and cruise control impacted). I even delayed scheduling the oil change so that the software update could be completed. Their service department did a recall that the Franklin tn ford dealership said they had no timeline for. Jessica was excellent to work with. They’re my new preferred dealer for service. If you go elsewhere, prepare to be disappointed. Thanks for taking care of my Braptor!
No way would i recommend the service dept. poor management explained the problem with air ride system they ignored me charged me 600 and had the same problem they fixed NOTHING still had same leak problem i same spot ! had to go to ram and they refunded my money ram said that would go against the dealership
