I have been a Ford buyer for 60 years, my first Ford being a 1966 Mustang. Over the years I have found Ford dealers to be more concerned with my satisfaction. I feel the relationship that has developed between my family and Ford is one built on mutual trust and a desite for satisfaction, in the purchase and in the sale. I have been extremely happy with the way I've been treated by Ford and its representatives, and I will continue to buy fords in the future.
Do not use the service department they use deceitful tactics to get you to authorize work and they do work that you did not authorize I paid $1000 for a new battery and 6 spark plugs because the service writer lied to me about the diagnostic fee. She told me I get the fee back when I have the work done that it comes off my bill, well it didn't they charged me full retail for the work and kept my $222.02 that they charged me for the diagnostic.
