This is for the mechanics who are looking for a job. Please read this first. Former tech who worked for this company. Not here to name names, just to tell you the facts. Worked here before. 16 years in the dealership world. The facts of the dealer, Health insurance is insane here. Worst I personally ever seen, I was told basically to get my own private insurance. I had an oil change and tire rotation. The job was completed in good time and the personal were friendly and professional. Great price.
The salesman was very affable and seemed to want to be helpful. However, within a few days of the purchase of our 2020 Explorer the battery died, requiring us to purchase a new one well over $200. The salesman told us the SUV had been gone over completely by their service department and had all new filters, oil, etc. However, the battery was apparently just charged up enough to get us "off the lot". The Sharp dealership also charges a doc fee, no exceptions. I specifically asked to have the registration, tags, etc. come from... read more
