RecommendedI have had a great experience with Sharp Flats! I started renting last August and they are very easy to communicate with and are extremely flexible. Everyone in the office is very sweet and knows their tenants personally. I highly recommend!
I am a current renter and this summer will be my 2 year anniversary. They are very college student friendly and have the best cookies in their office! Anything that needs fixed or replaced they typically do within a week or less and respond to emails very fast. I will be staying with them for a third year and look forward to it! Also their locations are extremely convenient.
5 stars. For anyone who is a student and wants affordable living sharp flats is it. I been going through them for 3+ years now and wouldn't live anywhere else. rent is cheap, they are not like other landlords where they show up unexpected, they are never in your business. and they are always willing to work with you. they are also quick to get things fixed that break. not like other landlords where you are waiting weeks
We have rented from sharp flats for over a year at the east location! the apartments are beautiful, and the staff at sharp flats is amazing! They are some of the nicest people! I definitely reccomend renting from sharp flats!
I have lived here for about almost 2 years and I signed my lease for at least another year! Laurie, Wendy, and Cathy are great! They respond quickly to problems that need resolved and are very understanding! I have not hardly had any issues!
Love renting with Sharp Flats! It’s very affordable, especially with utilities covered and free WiFi, and any issues I’ve had (nothing big, just regular maintenance things!) they’ve fixed very fast. I couldn’t recommend them enough!
I have loved Sharp Flats! They are all so sweet and easy to talk to. If you ever have any issues, they are quick to respond to you. I definitely recommend this affordable housing to any college student looking.
