Will came and built a pergola but it had a leak. Everytime it rains the back porch floods. We have contacted him since the first rainfall (a week after the build) and he says that he will come out and fix it. He came out once but it wasn't fixed. Months later he said he was going to send a guy out and they never showed up. It's been a year since the pergola was build and it still has not been fixed. What a shame.
