I originally had a concern about a delivery but must say the company called and truly listened to my concerns and apologized. This is not something that happens these days. Most companies would have made excuses and just chalked it up to a bad customer. I have a new found respect for them and will use them in the future. Keep up the great customer service.

Friendly and on-time. The tech was very knowledgeable. Made sure to bleed the system to start the cook top and also fired up the fireplace for us.

We woke up this morning no heat, no hot water, no cook stove and no gas. It was 18 degrees outside and 58 degrees in the house. Got in touch with the Sharp Energy rep and he got to work immediately. Within the hour truck #65 and driver # 675 was backing down the driveway. After filling the tank he came inside to make sure there were no gas leaks and made sure the furnace, hot water tank and stove came on and were working properly. That is what I call superb customer service. Thank you Sharp Energy!!!
