We discovered we had a leaking propane tank that was at least twenty years old and rust had damaged it. Within less than an hour, three men were on the scene and immediately resolved our issue. Their attitudes were friendly, professional, and helpful. We couldn’t have asked for more.
I requested a tank swap and informed Sharp that I was very low on gas. They sent Dyllan out the next morning, and I had my new tank installed full of gas by 12pm. From start to finish the process was quick and smooth. Dyllan was great and very thorough. I would highly recommend Sharp Energy for all of your LP needs.
I met with Greg Moore, the NEW General Manager. I am a long time J.T.LEE customer , 30 years plus. We spoke and agreed to continue doing business. He solved my issue while in the meeting.
