Had them replace one tank in December. Sent them a check for the invoice, they cashed said check. They kept sending bills to the wrong address, sent us to collections. Called and confirmed zero balance. Now we are getting bills (still to the wrong address) for god knows what. Probably in collections again. Terrible company, terrible customer service. If you like surprise bills & getting sent to collections, bills sent to the wrong address, go with these guys.
By far the worst experience I have ever had. Called on a Friday. Told them needed propane. Tank was really low. They advised they couldn't get me propane till Tuesday. Due to being closed for MLK day. I called them Tuesday morning at 8am. Advised them that I was totally out of propane. Have been since Sunday. Told them that a 70 year old man with congestive heart failure resides at this residence. They stated that they were booked up all day and they could get to me on Wednesday.
