We were super happy with Kelly H, and Missy in the office. We had a very bad experience with a new duel fuel range that was improperly installed by the appliance store vendor and it did not work properly, so on the replacement range we insisted on a different installer and we set up the gas range installation part through Sharp so that it would be correctly set up. This was a very stressful situation with the local appliance company (we went two months without a fully functioning range waiting for a new replacement to come i... read more
