I do not recommend this company. Every time I order gas, I have to wait at least 7 days, even though their company is located close to my house. They seem to do this intentionally so that people have to order gas for emergencies, because then you have to pay an extra $200. What's more, all other companies sell gas cheaper than them. I waited to write this review, but my patience ran out after I had to turn off my gas heating again to prevent the system from getting airlocked, because if that happened, I would have to pay the... read more
Have my own tanks. Spoke with office on 4 different occasions to set up an account. Service techs came out to inspect. No return calls! After a couple weeks. Went with another company. Glad I wasn't empty!
To keep it short …. John C was the best… and I say that because if his professional mannerism .. had the perfect customer service rep . Disposition…as explained and validated my concerns during his visit … I must also mention “ Lady Deb. “In the office her attitude and accommodating personality is to me superb … I could go on but overall I am pleased n impress .
