Very happy with the exceptional service at our Pocono home. John C goes above and beyond with his thoughtful approach and abundant experience. He cared enough to problem solve a tricky aspect of our job when other propane servicemen might have simply given up. Sharp Energy has been great to deal with. They excel on the communication end of things too.
If I could give 0 stars I would!! We are new home owners who happens to be living at NY. My husband called for services and spoke with Deb, she informed him that an agent has to come and inspect the property. We made an appointment for Wednesday March 25. The agent came and inspected the property. Everything was fine and he promised to come back Thursday or Friday to fill the tank. The tank was at 10. We arrived Saturday morning and the tank was on 0. They have no respect for customers the boss is rude and disrespectful they need to get a class on customer service check your bill twice increase you are pay sale tax if your not a business and they need to learn how to park in the parking spots
Such a cold snow over and over. You guys braved the elements on MY driveway and delivered !!!! I think you're a great company. Dependability is very important and kudos to my last delivery driver. Hard worker.Thanks almost forgot. Customer service is great. Got good advice to conserve gas.
I do not recommend this company. Every time I order gas, I have to wait at least 7 days, even though their company is located close to my house. They seem to do this intentionally so that people have to order gas for emergencies, because then you have to pay an extra $200. What's more, all other companies sell gas cheaper than them. I waited to write this review, but my patience ran out after I had to turn off my gas heating again to prevent the system from getting airlocked, because if that happened, I would have to pay the... read more
