Customer Service was great , extremely nice tech
They could do better.
I am on a plan that I call sharp energy when I am down to 20% of propane. My son checked it last Monday and I was down to 10%. I was surprised because I just got a fill up 3 weeks ago, I realized it has been very cold out, but I'm 70 and it's hard for me to check it, that's why I called my son . When I called Monday they told me they would be out between 4 and 5 days. I called them this past Friday because they haven't delivered yet. Your service techs are awesome!
The delivery men who come to the house are very nice and accommodating. However the scheduling is terrible. We have been on automatic delivery for years and over the past three years they have let us run out of gas repeatedly and it is getting worse instead of better. You would think they would adjust the delivery schedule to prevent this from happening but they do not.
